After your return is accepted you should receive a refund on your bank account within 7-14 days.

Refunds are processed using the same method as the original order payment.

We do not reimburse costs imposed on the package during customs operations.

If the shipment is returned to us (wrong address, cancellation etc.) customs and other carrier charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We do not accept COD shipments. It is important to keep the proof of postage.
